Registered Nurse - Advanced Acute Care Medical Telemetry Trauma Float

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, in accordance with established standards and policies. Responsibilities: Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.Coordinate interdisciplinary team activities, including patient and family education, discharge planning, and collaboration with physicians and ancillary staff.Provide direct care, monitor patient responses, and modify interventions as needed.Delegate tasks, promote teamwork, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.Support evidence-based practices and contribute to unit and organizational goals. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing.Ability to perform assessments, prioritize patient needs, and work effectively within a team.Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Additional Details: Work hours are typically in the evening shift with every other weekend and holiday.
