Role Overview: The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, and delivers comprehensive patient care in an inpatient setting, focusing on safety, patient satisfaction, and compassionate interactions. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, adhering to policies.Evaluate and adjust nursing interventions based on patient responses.Coordinate patient education, discharge planning, and family needs throughout hospitalization.Collaborate with physicians and staff to proactively address patient needs and resolve issues.Participate in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.Engage in problem-solving related to equipment and clinical procedures.Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and uphold organizational standards. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialized nursing training program (required); Bachelor's in Business Administration/Management (preferred).
