Registered Nurse - Advanced Acute Care Cardiovascular

About the role

Full-time Inpatient RN with a focus on cardiovascular care. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive patient care while addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. You will coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The position also includes educating patients on chronic conditions and promoting safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver patient care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures

Requirements

• Graduation from a specialty nursing program
• Critical thinking skills with ability to make quick decisions
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay

• Competitive pay starting at $41.50/hour
• Shift differentials
• Up to $24,000 in incentives
