About the role

This full-time, night-shift role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's behavioral and physical needs. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a safe and effective treatment process, monitor patient conditions closely, and execute physician and nursing directives with precision. The role includes facilitating patient transitions post-discharge by collaborating with the discharge team.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure from the Kansas Board of Nursing
• BLS provider certification within 30 days of hire
