How you’ll make an impact in this role

Drive the patient’s recovery roadmap by implementing and evolving individualized care plans that respond directly to the unique behavioral and physical needs of each adult in your care.
Lead as the clinical hub by coordinating with doctors, therapists, and support staff to ensure every discipline is perfectly aligned for a safe and effective treatment journey.
Champion patient safety and stability by meticulously monitoring and documenting shifts in condition, ensuring the medical team can intervene the moment a patient’s needs change.
Translate clinical orders into compassionate action by executing physician and nursing directives with precision, maintaining a high standard of care in a specialized psychiatric environment.
Facilitate successful community transitions by collaborating with the discharge team to ensure patients have the resources and support they need to maintain their health after leaving the unit.

Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
  • Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
