We are seeking a compassionate and motivated part-time Registered Nurse to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting adults with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) in Staunton, VA. Responsibilities
- Make a real difference by providing compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in our Crisis Therapeutic Home
- Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care
- Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health
- Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans
- Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards
