About the role
The House Supervisor ensures high quality, patient-centered care through direction and supervision of all house-wide functions during a designated shift. The House Supervisor participates as an active member of the nursing management team and assumes authority to manage all activities and personnel in conjunction with and in the absence of hospital administration.

Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing (Preferred)
- 5 + years’ experience in clinical practice (Required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- (RN) Registered Nurse
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing (Preferred)
- 5 + years’ experience in clinical practice (Required)

- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of nursing practices and standards
