Registered Nurse Admin House Supervisor

Job Summary

You will monitor and coordinate intradepartmental and interdepartmental functioning of the hospital. You will direct, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate nursing performance and activities related to the care and treatment of patients within the hospital on a specific shift. You will assign nursing staff to specific clinical areas within the hospital and act as the official representative of management and administrative staff of the hospital in their absence. You will assess personnel needs based on census, acuity, and special needs of each unit.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
• No Travel Required
• 5 years experience Required
