Registered Nurse Admin House Supervisor

Job Summary

The House Supervisor ensures high‑quality, patient‑centered care through direction and supervision of all house‑wide functions during a designated shift. The role participates as an active member of the nursing management team and assumes authority to manage all activities and personnel in conjunction with, and in the absence of, hospital administration.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• 5 + years of clinical practice experience (required)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – must be obtained within 90 days of start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of start date
• NIH Stroke Scale certification – must be obtained within 30 days of start date
• Non‑violent Crisis Intervention – must be obtained within 90 days of start date
• Registered Nurse (RN) – no travel required
