Responsibilities
- Moves from meeting expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies to providing nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
- Addresses increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families within their scope of practice.
- Administers medications and treatments according to appropriate protocols, monitors for side effects and effectiveness, and documents patient care.
- Affirms learning needs and educates patients, family members, and caregivers about their health conditions and care.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
- BLS required
- RN License in state of employment or compact
- Full Time Work Schedule: 7PM - 7AM
