Registered Nurse - Acute Care Surgical Oncology

About the Role

A Registered Nurse position in the Surgical Oncology department, providing direct patient care in a specialty acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope care.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to prioritize patient wellness.
• Model proficiency through precepting and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
• Support evidence-based practices and participate in specialty education and competency validation.
• Provide care on Med-Surg units with moderate to high patient acuity.
• Support clinical education and uphold safety standards.
• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Valid RN licensure.
• At least 6 months of RN experience.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
