About the Role

Provides direct patient care in an acute MedSurg setting within a multidisciplinary team, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure safety and quality. Supports specialty education and competency validation, prioritizing wellness and patient-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care using the nursing process.
• Prioritize safety, patient wellness, and evidence-based practices.
• Precept and mentor new healthcare staff.
• Support specialty education and training for competency validation.
• Contribute to a secure and high-quality care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
