About the role

Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult and geriatric patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury in an Acute Rehab unit.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments
• Develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and manage treatments
• Manage wounds and pain
• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary rehab team
• Educate patients and families on recovery and self-care
