Registered Nurse - Acute Rehab

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult and geriatric patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and manage wounds and pain effectively
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary rehab team
• Educate patients and their families about treatment and recovery processes
