About the role

Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care through evidence-based nursing practices. This role involves direct patient care, adherence to policies, and has no management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient assessments
• Develops and updates individualized care plans
• Collaborates with the healthcare team
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing (bachelor's preferred)
• Valid RN license
• At least one year of RN experience or equivalent residency/training

Schedule
