About the role

Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies. Primarily private rooms, broad patient population with orthopedic and surgical focus, onsite therapy gym, and 24/7 hospitalist services. Emphasizes kindness, excellence, learning, innovation, and safety in patient care and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements individualized care plans
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams
• Evaluates intervention effectiveness
• Participates in quality and safety initiatives
• Conducts assessments
• Addresses patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
• Coordinates discharge planning
• Ensures safe, high-quality care

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required), with a preference for a bachelor's in business administration/management. Demonstrates compassionate, patient-centered care, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies.

Schedule
