Registered Nurse - Acute Care Ortho Surgical - Full-Time Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Acute Care Ortho Surgical, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative interdisciplinary team environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs and involve patients and families through effective communication and education.Coordinate safe, efficient, and high-quality care, ensuring proper documentation and fostering teamwork through interdisciplinary collaboration.Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research and evidence-based practices, and promote patient safety standards.Serve as a preceptor or mentor, contributing to professional development and maintaining clinical competencies.Develop protocols, optimize resource use, and support a respectful, inclusive clinical environment. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).Current RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and technology skills.Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies with professionalism and compassion.
