Registered Nurse - Acute Care Ortho Surgical - Full-Time Night Shift

About the role

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes using evidence-based practices. Partner with patients and families, ensuring effective communication and culturally sensitive care. Coordinate safe, quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration, accurate documentation, and promoting a respectful environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelors preferred).
• RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills.
