Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Oncology - Full-Time Days

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking to deliver individualized care. Responsibilities Partner with patients and families to ensure care aligns with their goals and cultural needs.Coordinate and document safe, efficient care through effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration.Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.Support professional development by completing competency assessments, mentoring colleagues, and serving as a preceptor.Adhere to organizational policies, legal standards, and safety protocols, including accreditation requirements.Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Licensed RN with either a Single State or Multi-state Compact license.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; clinical experience is advantageous.Strong teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
