Role Overview The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care as part of a patient care team, focusing on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and safety. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care plans, and take appropriate actions to promote outcomes.Deliver safe, effective care following policies, maintaining detailed documentation.Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate patients and families on health issues.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.Maintain professional competence through ongoing training and development.Mentor and support fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.Current BLS and RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact).Strong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills.Commitment to professional growth and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.
