About the role

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care as part of a patient care team, focusing on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care plans, and take appropriate actions to promote outcomes.
• Deliver safe, effective care following policies, maintaining detailed documentation.
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate patients and families on health issues.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
• Current BLS and RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills.
