Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in accordance with state nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests
• Perform assessments
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
