Registered Nurse - Advanced Acute Care Medical and Oncology Unit

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, in accordance with established standards. Responsibilities: Develops and implements personalized care plans, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, educates patients and families, evaluates intervention outcomes, and adjusts care as needed. Promotes teamwork through delegation, problem-solving, and participation in quality and safety initiatives. Supports unit decision-making and contributes to a safe, efficient environment. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and communicate effectively. Demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to patient safety and quality care. Key Duties: Provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, formulate and revise care plans, collaborate with healthcare team members, delegate tasks appropriately, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in organizational improvement efforts.
