Role Overview The Post Anesthesia RN Manager is a registered nurse responsible for leading a specific clinical unit, promoting excellence in patient care, safety, and staff retention. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and manage clinical, financial, human, and material resources.Foster a collaborative environment through effective communication and relationship building with staff, physicians, and other departments.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards by utilizing data and technology for decision-making.Promote staff competency, professional development, and adherence to ethical and professional standards.Drive performance improvement initiatives, evidence-based practice, and risk management strategies.Manage budgets, analyze resources, and implement quality and efficiency improvements.Represent the organization positively in the community and support organizational goals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing management experience.Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Current BLS certification.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Knowledge of healthcare financing, quality improvement, and regulatory standards.Ability to employ change management and foster a culture of safety and excellence.
