Registered Nurse - Acute Care - FT

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and communicate care plans.
• Prioritize patient flow and coordinate care to optimize outcomes and experience.
• Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns and providing health education.

• Ensure confidentiality, safety, and compliance with standards and policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.

Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).

Current BLS certification required.

Excellent communication, judgment, and teamwork skills.
