About the role

A Registered Nurse who provides high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborates with care teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Acts as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions.
• Assist with care planning and deliver safe care according to policies.
• Document care activities and advocate for patients.
• Address patient and family concerns and provide education.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
• Support professional growth and foster a positive work environment through mentorship and leadership.
• Coordinate care plans and promote patient and family satisfaction.
• Support quality improvement efforts and uphold professional standards.
• Engage in shared governance and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state).
• BLS certification.
• Maintain licensure and participate in ongoing training.
