Registered Nurse - Acute Care - FT

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team, serving as a patient advocate and ensuring safety, confidentiality, and professional standards. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote outcomes and well-being.Coordinate care, prioritize patient flow, and document assessments, interventions, and incidents.Engage in patient and family education, addressing concerns and fostering satisfaction.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational goals.Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development.Mentor and support peers, promote a positive work environment, and uphold ethical standards. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred; valid RN license (single or multi-state); BLS certification; strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills. Experience is valued but not mandatory. Other duties include adhering to policies and supporting shared governance principles.
