Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote outcomes and well-being
• Coordinate care, prioritize patient flow, and document assessments, interventions, and incidents
• Engage in patient and family education, addressing concerns and fostering satisfaction
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational goals
• Adhere to policies and support shared governance principles

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state)
• BLS certification
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
