About the Role
The RN - Acute Care - Cardiac Telemetry provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team. They perform the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practices, and tailor care to individual patient needs, including cultural considerations. The role involves partnering with patients and families through effective communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The RN supports performance improvement initiatives, participates in research, and promotes evidence-based practice. They serve as mentors or preceptors to foster a qualified nursing workforce and ensure adherence to professional, legal, and organizational standards. Additionally, they assist in protocol development, resource management, and uphold safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care using the nursing process.
- Apply evidence-based practices and tailor care to individual patient needs, including cultural considerations.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication and documentation.

Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Licensure as an RN (single-state or multi-state).
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience with direct patient care (preferred).
