Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Cardiac Telemetry - Full-Time Night

Position: RN - Acute Care - Cardiac Telemetry (Full-Time Night) Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on evidence-based practices, ensuring individualized treatment that respects cultural diversity. They partner with patients and families, utilizing effective communication methods such as bedside reports and education. Key Responsibilities Provide relationship-based, culturally sensitive patient care aligned with clinical standards.Coordinate safe care delivery, document accurately, and promote respectful team collaboration.Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and uphold organizational policies.Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth and a healthy work environment.Participate in protocol development, resource management, and data collection to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree (preferred).Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).BLS certification required.Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.Proficient in technology and clinical documentation.
