Cardiac Telemetry (3 Telemetry) is a 25-30 bed acute care unit specializing in cardiac diagnoses such as heart failure, irregular cardiac rhythms, and heart attacks. Responsibilities

• Provide professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment, delivering coordinated, safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care tailored to individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, developing and updating care plans to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions effectively.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• BSN in Nursing preferred; previously agreed-upon timelines for obtaining a BSN remain in effect, including for those transitioning from the NLRN Program.
• Specialty certification preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications are unit-dependent.
• At least one year of RN experience, or transition from the Newly Licensed Registered Nurse Residency (NLRN) Program with less than one year of experience.
• Must meet unit-specific educational requirements during employment as determined by the Nursing Department and unit.

Pay

$40.00 - $54.12 per hour, plus shift differentials.

Schedule

Full-time night shift.
