Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Cardiac Telemetry - Full-Time Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse in Acute Care - Cardiac Telemetry, responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team. Key Duties Perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, using evidence-based practices.Provide relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity.Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and goal setting.Coordinate safe, quality care and document accurately, promoting a respectful clinical environment.Collaborate with team members, support performance improvement, and participate in shared governance activities.Engage in professional development, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and uphold clinical competencies.Promote evidence-based practice and research, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and safety standards.Support resource management and participate in protocol development to improve outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.Minimum of 5 years of RN experience, with direct patient care preferred.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Proficient in technology, critical thinking, time management, and emergency response.
