About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role within an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They utilize evidence-based practice, perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), and ensure care is individualized and culturally sensitive.

This role involves serving as a preceptor or mentor, promoting evidence-based practice and research, and participating in protocols development to enhance patient outcomes.
