About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, individualized patient care in a clinical setting supported by evidence-based practice and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, respecting cultural diversity and patient goals.
• Coordinate and document safe care delivery, promote teamwork, and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering professional growth and a healthy work environment.
• Participate in evidence-based practice, research, policy development, and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and regulations, including accreditation and safety goals.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree (preferred).
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Less than 1 year of clinical experience required; prior direct patient care experience preferred.
