About the role

Registered Nurses in the Gastro/Colorectal Surgery service provide patient care in accordance with the standards of practice for registered nurses. This includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
