Experienced Registered Nurse - A4S - Inpatient GI/Colorectal (JR221882)

About the role

The role is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the inpatient GI/Colorectal unit. This includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, performing patient assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as per physician orders
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Assessing patients' health status and implementing appropriate interventions
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers
• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current RN license in the state of practice
• At least 2 years of acute care nursing experience
• Experience with GI/Colorectal procedures and conditions

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
