About the role

A registered nurse position is available in our GI/Colorectal department. The role involves providing comprehensive care to patients undergoing colorectal surgery and related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Perform routine and specialized nursing procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure patient care continuity
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to medical staff
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures and recovery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current RN license in state of practice
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Experience with colorectal surgery and related procedures
• Knowledge of post-operative care protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
