Registered Nurse ($5000 Sign-On Bonus)

Do you like working with youth, assisting in the development of leadership and life skills? Then Pathway Family Services has the job for you! We are looking for a Full-Time Lead Nurse to add to our team!

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of health care professionals providing oversight and treatment planning for the physical wellbeing of children/adolescents receiving residential treatment for behavioral health needs.
• Provides nursing care for children overcoming trauma, ensuring all assessments are completed, medication management orders are fulfilled, and children and families are educated about the care they receive.
• Coordinates and completes health appointments, including appointments with in-house medication providers.
• Ensures all documentation meets federal, state, and program requirements.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kansas.
• Supervision experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and 3 years older than the oldest resident.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and valid driver’s insurance.
• Must be eligible for credentialing with Kansas Medicaid for billing needs.

Pay

Average hourly rate is $39.24 per hour (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).

This position includes a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus.
