About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise care, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
- Collaborate with various departments for coordinated care and provide direct patient care when necessary.
- Serve as a resource for staff, supporting with complex patient needs.
- Celebrate patient milestones and progress.
Requirements
- Valid RN license as per state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
