Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a compassionate, patient-centered rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervising care, leading assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and providing direct patient care when needed.
- Supporting fellow staff with complex patient needs and celebrating patient milestones.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license per state regulations.
- CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is a plus.
