About the Role
This role involves supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans. You will build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery, collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care, and provide direct patient care when necessary. Additionally, you will support fellow staff with complex patient needs and inquiries, and celebrate patient milestones and progress.
Requirements
- Valid RN license per state regulations
- CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred
- Experience in rehabilitation hospital settings is advantageous
