About the role

A licensed Registered Nurse directly assigned to provide oversight within the nursing scope of care. The Registered Nurse may oversee a variety of patients within a given location and supervise non-licensed personnel delegated patient care tasks. This role requires the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, manage constantly changing situations, and interact effectively with diverse individuals in stressful or conflict-driven scenarios. All assigned job duties and tasks must be performed in compliance with licensing board requirements, regulations, and Benefis Health System policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Current state Registered Nurse Licensure within the state of practice
• BLS certification

Pay

Starting wage: $35.89/hour. Actual offered wage is based on applicable experience.
