About the role
As a Registered Nurse in a community-focused healthcare organization, you will be an advocate, educator, and partner, providing holistic patient care and supporting community health initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments, vital signs, health histories, and phone triage
- Documentation in the EMR system
- Supporting providers during diagnostic procedures
- Administering medications
- Developing care plans in collaboration with the care team
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active WA RN license; dual licensure in WA/Oregon required within 120 days
- Preferred: 1+ year outpatient or clinical RN experience
- Current BCLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferred
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are advantageous and eligible for differential pay
