TriHealth is looking for passionate Medical Lab Technicians and Medical Technologists to become part of our innovative laboratory team.
Here, you won't just run tests—you'll play a vital role in delivering life-changing results across specialties like Transfusion Services, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology/Immunology, Toxicology, Special Chemistry, and Fibrinolysis.

Responsibilities
- Effectively prioritize, organize, and handle workloads.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and completeness in work tasks.
- Manage complex assignments with appropriate delegation and completion.
- Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate overall procedural knowledge and quality assurance expertise, including documentation as required.
- Perform a comprehensive range of laboratory tests, ensuring the accuracy of test results, and reporting findings to physicians, pathologists, or other medical professionals.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments.
- Leverage the laboratory computer system for task execution.
- Adhere strictly to established policies and procedures.
- Work independently in specimen processing, test performance, and result reporting while working under the supervision of a general supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Technology, Chemical or Biological Science (Required).
- 1 - 2 years’ experience clinical in a related field (Preferred).
- American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) certification or American Medical Technologists (AMT) Required.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed the required degree program.
- Completed clinical training.
- Be registry-eligible (ASCP or AMT certification required within one year of hire).
