Registered Dietitian - Clinical (Full Time, Day Shift)

About the role

Provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients with special needs or nutritional risks, including assessment, reassessment, and development of individualized nutrition plans. Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, educate patients and families, and document all interventions. Monitor patient responses and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans. Supervise data collection related to nutritional status and ensure safe administration of medical nutrition therapy. Serve as an educational resource for staff, interns, patients, and families, and orient new personnel to clinical practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in food and nutrition or equivalent (required)
• Master's Degree (required if eligibility for exam began after a certain date)
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification within 6 months of residency completion (required)
• Experience as a Clinical Dietitian (preferred)
• Completion of dietetic internship or equivalent
