• Assess residents’ nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and evaluate residents’ dietary intake and nutritional status
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to residents and families
