Registered Dietetic Technician (DTR)

Responsibilities

• Provide screening to patients in the inpatient setting.
• Work closely with registered Dietitians to assist with diet counseling and education for patients and families.

Requirements

• Diet Technician Registration/Certification required.
• Completion of an Accredited Dietetic Technician program required.
• Current registration as a Dietetic Technician through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required.
• Minimum of one (1) year in a clinical healthcare setting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics preferred.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $23.00 to $28.11 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
