Registered Dental Assistant - Oral Surgery
This is an in-person, Monday-Friday position at our Lindale location: 104 Water Oaks Blvd, Suite 100, Lindale, TX 75771.

Responsibilities
- Support surgeons during oral surgery procedures
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient care
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside
- Maintain sterile technique and patient comfort
- Monitor patient status and manage advanced surgical instruments
Requirements
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of employment
- Radiology certification as required by state law
- BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire)
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities
- Good judgment and critical thinking skills
- Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous oral surgery experience
- DAANCE certification
- Experience with electronic health records or digital charting
- IV sedation or anesthesia monitoring experience
