Registered Dental Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Aiding dentists during dental procedures
• Taking and reviewing dental x-rays and patient health histories
• Informing patients about oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Accurately documenting patient records
• Setting up treatment rooms and dental trays
• Cleaning and sterilizing equipment
• Creating temporary crowns and bridges
• Maintaining inventory of supplies
• Collaborating with the care team
• Fulfilling all safety, regulatory, and procedural standards

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Dental Assistant license
• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
• Completion of an accredited program, including X-Ray and Coronal Polishing certifications
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations
• Bilingual skills in Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese are a plus
