Registered Dental Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant who is passionate about excellence, teamwork, and building long-term patient relationships. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong background in dental procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assist in restorative, prosthodontic, endodontic, and oral surgery procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments according to infection control standards
• Take accurate alginate impressions (after training)
• Support digital workflows (impression scanning, digital design, etc.)
• Provide warm patient greetings and escort patients to operatories
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Assist during patient health emergencies if needed
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver seamless care

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and equipment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Communicates confidently and compassionately
• Works well in a team environment
• Eager to learn new technology
• Driven, positive attitude, can adapt to sudden changes with a smile!

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant certification
• Experience in a dental setting
• Basic computer skills

Pay

$22.00 – $29.00/hourly (Based on experience & credentials)

Schedule

Full-Time & Part-Time Options: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
