Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, Wedbush Securities is a leading securities firm and investment bank with over 100 offices and more than 80 correspondent locations nationwide. Our Seattle office is now seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to provide comprehensive support to Financial Advisors and senior management.

About the Role

The Registered Client Service Associate will provide sales and administrative support to clients and Financial Advisors, maintain and update client account information, assist with specialized projects, coordinate and prepare for client review meetings and new account setups, organize and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, process invoices, check requests, and expense reports, research, plan, and arrange detailed travel itineraries, compile all necessary documents for travel and appointments, interact with clients both in-person and over the phone, deliver exceptional service, prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as required, track and follow up on time-sensitive tasks and deliverables, answer phones, take precise and detailed messages, maintain organized files and documentation, perform other duties and tasks as required and assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Provide sales and administrative support to clients and Financial Advisors
  • Maintain and update client account information, assisting Financial Advisors with specialized projects
  • Cook up, prepare, and assist with client review meetings and new account setups
  • Organize and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently
  • Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports in a timely manner
  • Research, plan, and arrange detailed travel itineraries, compiling all necessary documents for travel and appointments
  • Interact with clients both in-person and over the phone, delivering exceptional service
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as required
  • Track and follow up on time-sensitive tasks and deliverables
  • Answer phones, taking precise and detailed messages
  • Maintain organized files and documentation
  • Perform other duties and tasks as required and assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 OR Series 7 and 63 & 65 certifications required
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience preferred
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient understanding of general office procedures and office equipment
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor is essential
  • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines

Pay

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $30.00/hr to $33.65/hr. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Schedule

This position is subject to various laws or regulations that impose restrictions or prohibitions for employment with Wedbush due to criminal history. Those laws or regulations include but are not limited to, the following: Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (SEA) Rule 17a-3, et. seq,, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Rules 3110(e), Rule 4530(a), etc., and FINRA Regulatory Notice 07-55.
