Job Description
Community Wealth Services, in partnership with Community Bank of Louisiana and Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Registered Client Service Associate to join our team. This role plays an important part in supporting our financial advisors while helping us deliver a consistently high-touch, personalized client experience. As a locally owned, family-oriented organization, we take pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment where relationships matter. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced financial services setting, bringing professionalism, care, and attention to detail to every client interaction. This position blends client service, operational support, and administrative responsibilities, all aimed at helping our advisors serve clients with excellence and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial advisors with client service and day-to-day operations
- Schedule and prepare for client meetings, including follow-up and documentation
- Process new account paperwork, insurance applications, and rollover requests
- Maintain accurate client records and contact information
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, preparing correspondence, expense reporting, and document management
- Provide operational and reception support as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3 - 5 Years Relevant Experience
- Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days
- State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days
- Experience working in a client service environment
- Detail-oriented, strong math, and analytical skills
- Good organization and time management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively
- Able to independently work with minimal direct supervision
- Able to communicate with all levels within the organization
- Process oriented and can work with a team
- Strong computer and software skills
Preferred Qualifications
- State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days
- Life, Accident, and Health licenses & Variable Contracts or ability to obtain within 150 days
